Here is the answer to some of the most frequently asked questions about a roofing service with Fresh Home Roofing. 

1 . What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The price of roofing is increasing constantly in our industry, we quote each job individually to make sure we give each customer the best price at the time of the request. We keep all our customers updated on expected price increases. In addition, we are offering existing re-roof customers receive a $100 gift card when they refer a new customer who signs a contract, and the new customer also receives $100 discount off their roof. We offer competitive pricing with a high degree of service! 

2. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

• Listen to our clients concerns and offer unique solutions to their issues.
• We will come out and conduct a free roof estimate.
• Then you will be contacted by our office to issue a project proposal and answer any questions. We offer financing and will answer any of those questions as well.
• Sign permit paperwork to submit permit with your Municipality.
• Start Roof Project.
• Pass inspections.
• Complete Roof and make sure customer is Satisfied.
• Every year conduct yearly Roof Maintenance.

3. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

• We are active Certified Roofing Contractors with the State of Florida.
• OSHA
• GAF certification
• Polyglass Certification

4. What types of customers have you worked with?

• We work with all customers! Residential or Commercial, no roof is to small or big for us to MAKE IT FRESH!

5. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

• We have completed a residential shingle roof replacement within a week after receipt of permit.

6. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

• Make sure to chose a Certified Roofing Contractor who is licensed in the State of Florida. You can see any customer complaints on the DBPR website.

7. What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

• What type of roof would you like?
• Do you have an association?
• If so, do they have restrictions on what you can do with your roof?
• When would you like your roof completed by?
• What is your budget?
• How many years does the Warranty cover?
